A programme of assessment has been developed to create relevant data so that planning and teaching meet the needs of our students. Assessment and testing are in the following formats across all year levels.
Open-ended assessment tasks are used in our multi-age classes.
Marking guides/rubrics for the tasks reflect the standards and expectations of the task.
The expectations and demands of the task are made explicit to students.
Assessment tasks in English, Mathematics and Science in Years 1 to 6 are adapted from the Curriculum to Classroom (C2C) Units and moderated at the school level each term.
Samples of Prep student work will be moderated at the same time.

Data is to be collected and recorded on OneSchool by the end of Week 9 each term.
