Clubs and Societies

Students are invited to join a number of extra-curricular activities that are run by teacher volunteers at break times. Clubs include Science Club and Choir  – each running at different times during the week.

Instrumental Music

Students in years 4-6 are given the opportunity to learn an instrument through small group lessons and before-school band practices. The band prepares songs to be performed on Celebration Parades and at other Special Events, such as ANZAC Day Parade.

Choir

Students learn lyrics to  popular songs as well as the national anthems of Australia and New Zealand to perform on parades, School Concerts and special events including ANZAC Day Parade.

Science Club

Students are invited to the Science Room to explore and experiment different scientific concepts. There is also a Science Competition held for students to demonstrate their understanding and practical application of a scientific concept. Most Interesting and Most Researched are two of the awards that are offered in the competition.
